In conjunction with the AsiaCare Used Vehicle Guarantee, all customers will receive 12 months Emergency Assistance for FREE.

Knowing that car owners are TEN TIMES more likely to have a mechanical failure on their used vehicle than they are to have an accident (which is covered by traditional First Class Insurance) the management team of AsiaCare deemed it essential to also include Emergency Assistance as part of the Used Car Guarantee.

This is good news for all AsiaCare customers as the normal retail cost of this cover is THB1,000

Free Roadside Assist

The AsiaCare Emergency Assistance covers such things as:

  • 24 Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance with unlimited service for a period of 12 months
  • FREE unlimited towing service within a 20km distance should customers cars become unable to drive
  • Fuel service – once per year, AsiaCare Emergency Assistance covers customers for 5-litres of fuel should they run out of gas and cannot drive to a gas station
  • Vehicle Replacement – the call center will coordinate to arrange a replacement vehicle for customers should their own vehicle require more extensive repairs
  • Key Loss – in the event of a customer losing his car keys, the call center will arrange for an experienced technician to assist in rectifying this problem on site
